No returns or exchanges will be accepted for sale items. Should you have an issue with your order, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for help.
Exceptions: Damages and wrong item
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us, no later than 4 days after delivery, if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Return and Refund
Should there be a valid reason for a necessary return and refund, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method within 48 hours of receiving the returned item. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
